   Steel Dragons offers an easy alternative to painting your own divisional markings, unit numbers and insignias with professional results.  Our decals can be used for a variety of German AFV's including Nashorns, Panthers, Panzer IV's, Ostwinds, Kettenkrad and more.

How to apply decals...

    Our decals are printed with an ALPS printer and must be cut out separately before application.  For best results, the complete surface of the vehicle should be sprayed with a gloss finish such as Future or a comparable paint.

     After you have cut out the decals use slightly warm water and leave the decal in the water until it slides off easily.  After placing the decal in the desired spot you can move it with a brush and add a drop of water if needed.  Be careful, the decal is very thin!  After you have found the correct position, use a dry cloth or Q Tip to remove excess water.  If you are applying the decal to a rough surface, you may use Decalsofter, Microscale or Revell's Decal Softer for best result.  After the decal has dried, cover the decal with a clear matt or gloss finish.  Do not use a paint with thinner as it will attack the decal.
