Take the quesswork out of ordering!
    Nothing is more frustrating than to be left in the dark with regard to an outstanding order.  An important project might be left on hold, or a long awaited gift to a fellow armor enthusiast might be delayed.  But whatever the circumstance, we are developing new ways to make shopping with us easier and hopefully taking some of the guesswork out of when an order is due to arrive and whether or not a particular part is on backorder.

    Listed below as those invoices that are currently in some stage of being processed, packed and shipped.  We have started using a new billing system whereby each invoice has a number.  Look for your invoice number and use it to determine at what stage your order is being filled.  If there is a delay, the reason for which will be outlined as well as an anticipated ship date.

Backorders:

  Just a friendly reminder:  Many of our parts come from a variety of vendors from all over the world.  Some items are made to order and may take 4-6 weeks or more just to produce.  Stencils, tank kits, motors and custom trailers, cupolas and tools sets may require additional time.  While we have no control over the production process  we are doing the best we can to keep many of the more popular items in stock.  We do ask that you be patient while we process your order.
